How to make divorce pain-free for your kids
Divorce can devastate children. Statistics show that 50 percent of children whose parents get divorced don’t plan to marry and two-thirds don’t plan to have children.
In this free workshop, Judge Michele Lowrance, author of The Good Karma Divorce (Harper Collins, 2010), will demystify the legal process and explain how to deal effectively with your lawyer so you can be more calm, less stressed, and better able to emotionally support your kids. And wealth management advisor Susan Templeton will give you tips on how to make smart financial decisions, both during and after a divorce, to make sure your children are provided for.

Judge Michele Lowrance, author of the book The Good Karma Divorce (2010), has been a guest on Good Morning America, the CBS Morning Show, CNN, ABC, and many other radio and TV shows. She has served as a domestic relations judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County since 1995 and spent 20 years as a domestic relations lawyer.

Susan Templeton, founder and partner of Stafford and Wells Advisors, a wealth management and financial planning firm, assists many clients through the divorce process by helping them make decisions that increase their financial stability in the future.

|
This year the meetings will alternate between mornings and evenings with exception of the last two meetings which would be PM meetings.
All are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
